Prices and contracts
Here you will find the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our prices and contracts.
How long is the agreement?
The contract is signed for 12 months. If the contract is not terminated 30 days before the end of the contract period, the contract enters a new contract period of 12 months.
What is the notice period?
30 days before contract renewal.
Is support included in the monthly fee?
Yes, free digital support (ticket-based) is included and available in the service. Read more about it
How do I sign a contract with you?
In connection with your quote, you will receive a contract that is signed digitally
What conditions apply if we become a customer?
When you choose to use the AM System platform, you also accept our general terms and conditions for using the service
Do we need to establish a Personal Data Processing Agreement (PUBA) with you?
When you use our service, a data processing agreement is included as an annex to our terms and conditions
Can I share a license / user ?
Yes, in practice you can log in with the same user from several different devices at the same time. But we recommend personal users. Sharing users reduces traceability and prevents you from using the full potential of the system.
Does it include updates and how does it work?

What consideration has been given to the environment/climate at the server platform?
Our services are powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and are therefore subject to their environmental policy.
What kind of technical documentation is included?

Technology and integrations
Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about technology and integrations
How much data can we store and what is the impact on performance as the number of documents, processes or users grows?
At present, the storage space is not limited, as it is scaled depending on how much you load the system. We scale the system every day, partly predicted per daily rhythm, but also performance-based scaling depending on how the system is used at the moment.
Can we install your service locally?
No, AM System is a cloud-based service and cannot be installed locally.
Is there a mobile app?
No, our service is largely mobile-friendly
Where is your data center physically located?
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our infrastructural platform. Our primary operating environment is currently located within the European region of AWS, ensuring compliance and high availability.
What are the requirements for the user client?
Latest version of Chrome or Microsoft browser.
Can integration be done with our Active Directory to control users through their existing Windows login and control the permissions through AD groups ?

Can we retrieve data from our ERP system?

How do you secure your data?
Data security is a core part of our business. We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication and regular security audits to protect information. Our security measures are described in more detail at trust.amsystem.com.
How do you secure your operations and how do you work on the recovery of customer data in case of an incident or attack?
We have a comprehensive approach to operational security that includes redundancy, regular backups and a structured incident management process. Our ISO 27001 certification confirms that we work systematically with information security according to established standards.
How does AM System ensure that our data is not mixed with other customers?
This is done through data separation at the database level and prevents unwanted data mixing.

How does the connection with the system (SaaS) take place?
Can anyone at AM System access our data?
No, your data is only accessible to the person who needs to work with it at the moment. Our Customer Success team only does this when it is necessary in a current support case. Our software team needs to be able to verify your data (for backup) and develop our services to be better and faster. All access is on a need-to-know basis. Otherwise, strict confidentiality agreements apply to AM Systems employees.
Can any user modify and delete our documents?
No, these rights are regulated by means of the profiles created by the administrator of the system and to which each user must be linked. Here, there is a clear differentiation between roles such as "Administrator" and "Restricted Users".
What happens if we as a customer do not want to stay with AM System, what happens to our data?
First of all, you ("the customer") must export the data you wish to keep through the built-in exports and then you must terminate the contract with us. Your data will then go through our natural destruction cycle and thus self-destruct within six ("3") months after termination.
What are the security standards of AM System?
AM System is certified according to ISO 27001:2022.

How are public forms that are published protected from, for example, spam?
We use advanced algorithms and up-to-date bot data to identify and block malicious bots, such as scraper bots, spambots and other automated attacks. By analyzing behavioral patterns and technical characteristics of incoming traffic, we can distinguish between legitimate and malicious activity. On a more technical level, we use a combination of signature-based filtering and behavior-based analysis to detect and block threats. It can identify and reject malicious bots based on IP addresses, user agent strings, behavioral patterns, and other attributes characteristic of bot/spam activity.

What languages is the system offered in?
AM System comes with the languages Swedish and English as standard.
Do you offer more languages?
It is possible to activate additional languages at an extra cost. This means you can customize the system to your specific needs and user groups. Read more here
