Upcoming improvements in AM System

AM Systems roadmap gives you an insight into what's to come. With continuous improvements, we create a smoother and more powerful user experience. We develop new features, refine workflows and create more opportunities for efficient management of documents, processes and cases.

Improved structure and smoother editing

  • Adjustments to headings around revision: Adjust headings to be consistent across the system, improving user experience and clarity.

  • Improved display of metadata: Adjustments have been made to ensure metadata is displayed consistently between text and layout documents in bundling.

  • Improved handling when pasting content into text and layout documents: To facilitate the handling when pasting content into text and layout documents, we will introduce an enhancement to ensure that all pasted content is automatically stripped of elements that cannot be handled by the document format. This will reduce the risk of unexpected formatting issues and ensure more consistent and smooth editing.

More efficient workflows and increased flexibility

  • Ability to link to new document creation: Users will be able to create new documents directly from predefined templates or as blank documents, streamlining document management and improving workflow.

  • Adding more capabilities to Trigger - New Case: Ability to select more field types when creating new cases, providing increased flexibility and customization options.

  • Delegation of category management: Administrators will be able to delegate the responsibility of creating, editing and organizing categories to selected users. This will streamline the workflow, allow for faster changes and make the system more adaptable to current needs.

Smarter overview and easier navigation

  • Adjustments to My Pages to make it easier to know which documents to revise: Improvements to the My Pages interface will make it easier to see and manage documents that need to be revised, increasing clarity and efficiency.

  • Ability to link from case to document: Users will be able to easily link documents to cases, improving traceability and making it easier to gather relevant information in one place.

Interactive dashboards and better integrations

  • Ability to build dashboard-like layout documents: Users will be able to create customized dashboards with a layout similar to documents, providing a more visual and interactive overview of data and key information.
  • Read-Only API from Case: Ability to retrieve case data via an API in read-only mode, facilitating integrations and reporting.
