How do I contact support?

What times is the support available?

Our support is open on weekdays between 08:00-17:00 GMT+1 (Swedish time - "Office hours"). The support is available through the system on the top left under your name and under the Help & Feedback function

Do you offer support in English?

Yes, our support team can help you in both Swedish and English.

How do I report a technical problem?

You can report technical problems directly to our support team. Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible and we will help you as soon as we can.

What do I do if I can't log in?

If you do not have login details or have forgotten your username/password, you should first use the Forgot your password? function, which can be found on the login page. 

How can I check the operational status of the system?
