Would you like to contribute to the Board of AM System?

AM System is on an exciting growth journey and is looking for new members to join the company’s Board of Directors. We aim to strengthen the Board with expertise that can contribute to continued growth, strategic decisions, and our long-term position within the manufacturing industry.

AM System Classic is today a well-established and highly regarded management system for quality and compliance in manufacturing. In parallel, we are developing AM System Studio – a completely new service, built in close collaboration with our customers and powered by AI and new technology.

Competencies We Are Looking For

We are open to different profiles, but see particular value in experience within the following areas:

Strategic SaaS Expansion in B2B

• Experience launching a new SaaS product alongside an established core product
• Strategic expertise in product portfolio expansion and commercialisation in a B2B environment

Quality Leadership as a Value Driver

• Strategic experience from a larger industrial group, preferably international, with a strong understanding of how quality and regulatory compliance create business value.

• Business-driven driven quality leader with experience in procurement and global implementation of QMS solutions

The Role

We are looking for active and engaged Board members who contributes strategically and serves as a sounding board to management and owners. You are motivated by the combination of a stable core business and new product development, and by operating in a company where technology and innovation meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Previous board experience is meritorious but not required – we primarily value relevant expertise, perspective, and engagement.
