Focus on case management

The first chapter is about taking the knowledge from Classic and putting it into a new form. We test, learn and build with selected customers

From registration to results
Throughout 2027, we will continue developing Studio with a focus on making case management simpler, smarter, and more value-driven. We will further enhance existing capabilities while exploring new ways of working with information, collaboration, and automation.
- We are exploring integrations, APIs, and partnerships that can connect Studio with other systems and data sources.
- We are investigating how suppliers, customers, and other external stakeholders can become a natural part of workflows and processes.
