On October 26, it was the premiere of AM System's new customer event MeetUP in Borås, with the theme "Maximize the value of your management system". A morning that bubbled with wonderful meetings, good dialogue and knowledge exchange between us at AM System and our users.
This MeetUP was specifically aimed at customers in the manufacturing industry and was designed as a lunch seminar where AM System shared knowledge and features, interspersed with mingling.
- We have really longed to meet our users physically again and wanted to create a customer event that complements our larger event, OnStage, which was held annually, before the pandemic put a spanner in the works, says Victoria Abrahamsson, customer developer at AM System and continues:
- "MeetUP will be a slightly more intimate and product-oriented event, where participants get concrete tips and areas of use.
The event took place at Gastronomi Elva in Borås and there were about 30 committed customers from Gothenburg, Trollhättan, Ludvika and Stockholm. Josefine Karlsson from Fagerhults Belysning was one of the participants.
- It was an inspiring day! The mix of lecture, practice and conversations with other customers of AM has opened my eyes to all the possibilities that exist. Especially for us who are at the beginning of our journey with AM System, says Josefine who works with environment and quality at Fagerhults Belysning.
Victoria started the day by showing how to visualize processes and start pages directly in AM System. Then product owner Anna Lindström showed how product development is done and after lunch the participants listened to Kristoffer Johanson, customer developer in Borås, who showed how risk analyzes can be handled with a good overview and effective results, in AM System's platform.
- It was a very successful morning with good dialog together with our end users. The goal is for MeetUP as a format to return several times, so we are already looking forward to the next occasion, Kristoffer concludes.
