Customer Success Manager

With extensive experience in quality and environmental leadership roles within the automotive industry, Victoria specializes in supplier development, management systems, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949). She has used AM System for over 16 years, first as a customer and now as a Customer Success Manager.

How it works - step by step

Start-up meeting

We start with a short 30-minute session to review your needs and create a plan for what to focus on.

Customized workshop

Based on the kickoff meeting, we hold one or more workshops (2 hours per session) where you gain the knowledge and tools needed to overcome challenges and drive your development forward.

Hands-on Implementation

During the workshop, you receive practical guidance and apply your learnings directly in your system—either during the session or as an assignment between workshops.
