Learn to work in a structured and efficient way with case management in AM System. We will guide you through creating a case form from start to finish and explore settings & features in depth. Everything is designed to set you up for a successful implementation. You will also gain a broader understanding of how case management integrates into a complete quality management system in AM System’s platform.

The training is divided into multiple sessions of 2 hours each. The total duration may vary depending on the customer’s pace. All sessions are conducted digitally, and you will work within your own AM System environment.

Before the first session, we would like you to draw up your organizational chart (companies and departments) and create a list of the company's various functions and roles.

Gain a fundamental understanding of the Case management module and establish a shared comprehension of the business organisation, thereby setting the right prerequisites in the system in terms of different user rights (Profiles).
