You will also gain an understanding of the overall structure of a management system within AM System’s platform.

Learn how to work in a structured and efficient way with document management and process mapping in AM System. We will guide you through setting up and working with document control and process mapping. We dive deep into functions, teach you how to design processes, and create intuitive navigation, ensuring you have full control over your governing documents and processes. You will also gain an understanding of the overall structure of a management system within AM System’s platform.

The training is divided into different sessions, each lasting 2 hours. The total duration may vary, and the pace is determined by the customer. All sessions are conducted digitally, and you will work in your own AM System environment.

Document management & process mapping

Before the first session, we ask that you share your organizational chart (including company structure and departments) with us. We also want to understand your current folder structure for governing documents.

Set the parameters for your document management

Create a shared understanding of the business organisation to be able to set the right prerequisites in the system in terms of different user rights (Profiles) and basic document control.

  • A first glimpse into the Document Module’
  • Category Management and the impact of profile settings.
  • Guidance in creating departments.

Understand AM System’s document control based on possibilities for category settings and basic settings within the Document module which will give insight into how your own site should be configured.

Learn the basics of creating governing text documents and collaborating around them.
