FROM IDEA TO IMPLEMENTATION

The hard part isn't coming up with ideas. The hard part is getting them done.

Most organizations already know what could be improved. But in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s easy for suggestions for improvement to get lost amid meetings, whiteboards, and other tasks.

Without clear priorities, accountability, and follow-up, even good ideas risk remaining just that—ideas.

Good ideas usually remain just ideas

Ideas come up in everyday work, but they aren't always gathered in one place where the team can act on them.

You can't do everything at once

When many improvements are competing for time and resources, the team needs to agree on what is most important to start with.

What is started isn't always finished

Without clear accountability and regular follow-up, improvements may be put on the back burner—and the person who contributed will never know what happened.

CAPTURE IMPROVEMENTS IN EVERYDAY LIFE

The people doing the work often see what could be improved.

Small ideas in everyday life can make a big difference in quality, efficiency, and job satisfaction. With Improvement Hub, all employees can easily submit improvement suggestions right from their phones. Describe what could be improved and add a photo if you’d like—without complicated forms or the need for a ready-made solution.

  • Easy to contribute: Write a suggestion right on your phone and share a photo of what you see.
  • Every idea counts: Suggestions big and small can make a difference—and are addressed right from the start.
  • You’ll get feedback: You’ll see what happens with your suggestion and find out what the next steps are.

Good ideas shouldn't be lost because of language barriers.

Everyone should have the opportunity to contribute to our improvement efforts, regardless of language or digital proficiency. That’s why we’re developing the Improvement Hub with simplicity as our guiding principle. Eventually, we also want to make it possible to record suggestions in your own language, with AI helping to transcribe and translate them.

  • Easy to contribute: Share ideas without any hassle.

  • No language barriers: Speak in your native language with future AI support.

  • Always get feedback: Track your suggestion and receive a response.

FAQ

Questions and Answers About the Improvement Hub

Are you thinking about trying out Improvement Hub? Here, we answer some frequently asked questions about the solution, the pilot program, and what’s next.

What is the Improvement Hub?

Improvement Hub is the first hub in AM Systems’ new Studio platform. It helps teams collect improvement suggestions, prioritize what needs to be done, and drive the work forward—from idea to implementation and follow-up.

What kinds of companies are you looking for to participate in the pilot program?

We are primarily looking for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies that want to develop their improvement efforts. You do not need to have a fully developed improvement process, but you should be willing to test the solution in your day-to-day operations and share your experiences with us.

What does it mean to have early access?

You’ll have the opportunity to test Improvement Hub at an early stage—ideally together with a team from your organization. We want to understand how the solution works in practice, what creates value, and what needs improvement. Your experiences will be an important part of our ongoing product development.

Do all employees need to have email or their own work cell phone?
We want to make it easy for employees who don’t work at a computer to contribute as well. How login and access to shared devices will work in different work environments are questions we want to explore and test together with the pilot companies.
Can you submit suggestions for improvement in your own language?

Not in the first version. During our discussions with manufacturers, we’ve identified a clear need to be able to contribute regardless of language background. That’s why we’re exploring voice input with AI-powered transcription and translation as potential future features.

What comes after the Improvement Hub?

Studio will grow where it can make a real difference. That’s why we’re exploring our next hubs together with our customers, based on their needs, ideas, and the value we see them creating. The Quality Hub and Safety Hub are the natural next areas we’re exploring right now.

How do we apply for early access?

Please express your interest using the form on this page. We will contact you to learn more about your organization, tell you more about the pilot program, and determine whether this is a good fit. Expressing interest does not commit you to participating.

Only for Swedish speaking comapnies at the moment.
