AI will influence how management systems are used and developed. This applies to how to find the right information, how to follow up on deviations, and how to identify patterns in your own data. Here, we describe our current perspective on AI, what we’re developing, and what it means for you.

Our Starting Point

AI is only interesting if it helps with day-to-day work using the management system. That’s why we start with how our customers actually work with documents, processes, deviations, and improvements—not with what the technology happens to be capable of.

A Joint AI Initiative: AM Intelligence

We’re consolidating our AI development into a single solution rather than building separate AI features into each product. The solution currently has the working name AM Intelligence. It’s built on the same technical foundation as Studio, our latest platform. We chose this foundation because it’s designed to enable AI to work with data from the management system.

If you use Classic

Classic is built on twenty years of experience and knowledge about how management systems are built and used. We’re bringing that expertise with us as we design and develop AM Intelligence. AM Intelligence will be compatible with Classic. We’ve begun the work of preparing Classic for AM Intelligence’s architecture, for example by expanding APIs.

What We Promise and What We Don’t Promise

Here’s what we stand for: AM Intelligence will be compatible with both Studio and Classic. However, we do not promise in what form, under what conditions, when it will be available, or what features it will include. Even the name AM Intelligence may change along the way. We’ll let you know as soon as we have more information.

Development is moving so quickly right now, and this document will also evolve over time. We’re monitoring developments week by week and will do our utmost to communicate with you as effectively as possible.
