With this introduction, you will get an overview of the central functions of the case management and insights into how the module can be used in your business. We go through the basics of creating your own case form and show you where to make the relevant settings - then you are expected to take over and work further with customizations and deepening based on your needs. The introduction is a compressed alternative to the Case Training Package.

Get an effective introduction to case management in AM System with a focus on getting started quickly. We show you how to create a basic case form and go through the central settings and functions. The introduction provides a good overview and lays the foundation for you to work further on adapting and developing the setup according to your needs.

The introduction is carried out digitally in your own system and is shorter and more concentrated than our training package. It assumes that participants take active responsibility and are prepared to continue working on their own after the course.

The introduction is divided into three sessions of 2 hours each. The pace is determined by the customer and all sessions are done digitally and you work in your own AM System.

Education and training

Case management

Before the first session, we would like you to draw up your organizational chart (companies and departments) and create a list of the company's various functions and roles.

Creating the basics

We build a basic understanding of the Case module and your organization's structure, to create the right conditions in the system by setting up user profiles with appropriate rights. Together we go through the basic settings in the case management and focus on starting a prioritized case flow based on your needs.
