Customer Success Manager
I started as a Customer Success Manager in 2019, but my journey with AM System began long before that.
For 13 years, I worked in the automotive industry as a customer and administrator in AM System, which has given me a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and how the system can create real value. My background is in mechanical engineering, and I hold a master’s degree in quality engineering, which helps me grasp both technical and organizational challenges.
What I appreciate most about my job is the opportunity to meet and collaborate with so many talented people and successful companies—creating real value together. In my role, I guide new customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience while supporting existing customers with training and inspiration. Another key part of my work is serving as a link between customers and our product development team.
In my spare time, I love being out in nature—running in the woods, skiing, and unwinding on a sailboat along the west coast.
Fun Facts
- I completed the Vasaloppet on foot. Painful but fun, and the feeling of crossing the finish line was worth every sore muscle.
- While traveling in Mumbai, I was stopped on the street and cast in a Bollywood movie. Two hours later, I found myself in front of the camera—an unforgettable experience!
