Recently, we have taken an important step in the development of Studio.
For the first time, both AM System employees and a number of Studio pilots have had the opportunity to test the system in practice. This has given us something that’s difficult to create internally: real reactions and real questions about how Studio works in everyday use.
And that’s exactly where much of the value is being created right now. When building a new product, it’s easy to think that development is mainly about adding features. But at this stage, it’s much more about understanding how the product is used:
What feels natural?
Where does friction arise?
Which parts create clear value right away—and which ones need to be clearer, faster, or more intuitive?
The tests help us see the difference between what works well in theory and what actually works in practice. This gives us a clearer direction moving forward and helps us prioritize what makes the biggest difference to the user experience.
At the same time, it’s becoming increasingly clear that Studio isn’t just about individual features, but about how the entire experience comes together. How information flows through the system. How responsibility, decision-making, and follow-up interact. And how the user experiences the flow from start to finish.
That’s also why we’ve chosen to work closely with users right now, at this early stage. Not to showcase a finished product, but to build something that improves through dialogue, feedback, and actual use.
We’re still early in the journey, but every test, conversation, and observation helps us take the next step with greater confidence.
And it’s truly inspiring to see how much enthusiasm and curiosity there already is surrounding Studio.
