With AM System Classic's Read API, you can retrieve information from Documents and/or Cases and use it in reports, dashboards, integrations, or other systems within your organization.

The API is designed for organizations that want to create an external overview and use data from AM System in a way that best fits their business and specific needs.

We are now offering customers the opportunity to participate in the Read API beta program. Complete the form below to register your interest, and we will get back to you with more information about activation and the next steps.

Before you submit your request, please note that:

  • Read APIs are available for Documents and Cases.

  • The Read API is currently in beta. The trial period is free of charge. Pricing for the final feature has not yet been determined.

  • You are welcome to register your interest now. However, the beta trial will not be activated before the end of August 2026.

  • The API is intended for reading information, not for creating or modifying content in AM System Classic

  • Some time after you start using the Read API, we will contact you for a brief follow-up. The purpose is to see how the solution is being used, what value it creates, and whether there are opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual handling, or create further efficiency in your processes
