Berg Propulsion chooses AM System Classic

Berg Propulsion develops and manufactures advanced marine propulsion systems for ships worldwide, with a long tradition of technological innovation, sustainability and a strong focus on quality. To create better structure in its management system and simplify daily work, the company has now chosen to implement AM System Classic

With an Enterprise license in our platform, Berg Propulsion aims to strengthen communication, improve collaboration between functions and ensure that important knowledge is disseminated effectively in the organization.

We asked Dan Svenryd, Quality Manager at Berg Propulsion, a few questions about the decision to choose AM System.

What made you choose AM System?

- We have been evaluating different options for a long time to find a management system that can meet our needs both today and as we develop. AM System stood out through its combination of user-friendliness, flexibility and clear structure. After a thorough investigation, we felt confident that this is a platform that gives us the right conditions to work in a structured way with quality, improvement and management at all levels of the organization.

What challenges do you hope to solve with our platform?

- One of our biggest challenges is to ensure that important information is communicated clearly within the organization, regardless of function or location. We also see a great need to be able to introduce new employees faster and more efficiently, where a well-organized and digital management system will be an important part of the onboarding process. In addition, we want to create better handovers between departments and functions, so that responsibilities and tasks never fall between the cracks. We see AM System as a powerful tool to support these areas.

How do you see the collaboration going forward?

- With great confidence. We have a good impression of AM System as both a platform and a partner. Now we are looking forward to a collaboration where we can grow together where the system is adapted to our needs and where we as a customer get support, expertise and challenges that drive our development forward.
