New customer: Ewalco brings quality work together in AM System

Ewalco Production manufactures nutrition products for brands around Europe. The business spans several plants and different regulations. In Gothenburg, they work according to BRC Agents and Brokers and in Höganäs according to FSSC 22000.

This places considerable demands on structure. At the same time, it must be simple and clear.

- We needed a system that works throughout the organization. Not only for the quality department, but also out in production, says Tobias Johansson Talmid, business developer at Ewalco.

After careful research of several alternatives in the industry, the choice fell on AM System.

A common way of working instead of duplication

Previously, parts of the management system were handled in different ways in the organization. This quickly proved to be unsustainable. The goal was to gather everything, documents, deviations and information, in a common platform.

- We want to reduce manual work and duplication. Above all, it should be easy to report deviations and find the right information directly.
