I usually say that I have a bit of a Pippi Longstocking mindset — “I’ve never tried this before, so I should be able to do it.” For me, it’s all about curiosity, courage, and a constant drive to improve the way we work — both in terms of structure and processes. I work as Chief Growth Officer at AM System, responsible for sales and marketing. This means I lead strategy, processes, and performance follow-up with a strong focus on structure, quality, and continuous improvement. With a background in SaaS sales and experience from the manufacturing industry, I write about how management systems can create real business value and long-term growth.
