Section What's changed
General Provisions
Section 1.1 Removed "Maintenance System" from the list of Services. The Service offering is now described as two web-based services (Case Management System and Document Management System).
Sections 1.2–1.4, 5.1, 5.2, 10.1, 12.1 Replaced references to "AM Account" with "Customer Agreement". The Agreement is now self-contained and no longer relies on the external account platform.
Section 2.5 Removed reference to the AM System price list (no public price list exists; pricing for downloads, forms and activated options is handled via the Customer Agreement).
Section 4 (heading and intro) Heading renamed to "Accounts, Roles and Credentials". New role definitions added: Contract Owner, System Administrator, Data Protection Contact. "Administrator of the Services" renamed to "System Administrator".
Section 5.2 Default invoicing cadence changed from quarterly in advance to monthly in advance. Clarified that invoices are issued in SEK unless otherwise agreed; foreign-currency invoicing uses a fixed exchange rate reviewed annually.
Section 10.1 Rewritten for clarity: the Agreement runs for twelve (12) months and is automatically renewed for twelve (12) months at a time unless either Party gives written notice of termination at least one (1) month before the end of the current contract period.
NEW Section 12.4 Annual price-index adjustment clause based on the Swedish Labour Cost Index (AKI) published by Statistics Sweden (SCB), with October as the reference month and three (3) months' advance notice.
Data Processor Agreement (PUBA)
Section 2.1 (Definitions) Added Contract Owner and Data Protection Contact definitions, cross-referenced to Section 4 of the General Provisions.
Sections 4.2 and 4.6 Clarified that any Processing not covered by the Instructions requires the Customer's prior written instruction, and that notices under Section 4.6 are sent to the Data Protection Contact.
Section 6.1 Personal data incident notifications are addressed to the Data Protection Contact (Contract Owner as fallback).
Sections 7.1–7.2 Sub-processor clause aligned with GDPR Article 28(2): general written authorization replaces the prior "freely retain" language, subject to a 30-day advance notice + 30-day Customer objection window. If the Parties cannot resolve the objection, the Customer may terminate without further liability beyond accrued fees.
NEW Section 13.2 Extraordinary right of termination for the Customer in cases of material GDPR/DPA breach (with a 14-day cure period) or a binding final decision by a supervisory authority or court finding infringement.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Background Removed "Maintenance" from the list of cloud services. Two services (Documents and Cases).
Support and Troubleshooting Replaced the confusing "24 hours (this means 3 working days of 8 hours)" formulation with "twenty-four (24) hours of Office Hours". The substantive time commitment is unchanged; only the wording is clarified.
Privacy Policy
Where AM System processes your personal data Added a paragraph specifying the safeguards used for third-country transfers (EU Commission standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914), adequacy decisions under Article 45 GDPR, or other appropriate Chapter V safeguards).
